Prices

Prices quoted refer to €/day with a minimum 4 day stay and include final cleaning.

Local tax: In addition to the mentioned prices, a specific local tax must be paid on site. The tax equals 1,75 € per day and person from 14 years.

• For stays shorter than the 4 day minimum, we charge an additional 5.00€ per person / day.
• Household linen, towels and WiFi are free of charge.
• Prices include heating, warm water and electricity.
• We prefer cash payments or advance bank transfer.

Pets: on request (min. 5.00€/day)

Deposit: We ask you to kindly pay a 100.00€ – 300.00€ deposit so that we can fix your booking.

Cancellation fees:

• up to 8 weeks prior to day of arrival: free of charge
• less than 8 weeks prior to day of arrival: deposit withheld
• cancellation within 3 weeks prior to arrival: 80% of booking price charged
• in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the total price

Travel cancellation insurance: You hope it won’t happen, but unexpected circumstances can prevent you from going on holiday, leaving the apartment unused. As these kinds of situations are unfortunate for both sides and in order for you to save money, we recommend our Red Rooster travel cancellation insurance.

HIGH SEASON

• Arrival and departure days: preferably Saturday and Sunday
• Check-in on arrival day from 2pm.
• Check-out on departure day by 9.00am.
• Variations concerning check-in and check-out times on request.
