Prices

Prices quoted refer to €/day with a minimum 4 day stay and include final cleaning.

Local tax: In addition to the mentioned prices, a specific local tax must be paid on site. The tax equals 2,50 € per day and person from 14 years.

• For stays shorter than the 4 day minimum, we charge an additional 5.00€ per person / day.
• Household linen, towels and WiFi are free of charge.
• Prices include heating, warm water and electricity.
• We prefer cash payments or advance bank transfer.

Pets: on request (min. 7.00€/day)

Service: We will gladly pick you up at the next bus- or train-stop.

Washing, drying and ironing facilities are available on request (for a fee).

Deposit: We ask you to kindly pay a 100.00€ – 300.00€ deposit so that we can fix your booking.

Cancellation fees:

• up to 12 weeks prior to day of arrival: free of charge
• less than 12 weeks prior to day of arrival: deposit withheld
• cancellation within 3 weeks prior to arrival: 80% of booking price charged
• in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the total price

Travel cancellation insurance: You hope it won’t happen, but unexpected circumstances can prevent you from going on holiday, leaving the apartment unused. As these kinds of situations are unfortunate for both sides and in order for you to save money, we recommend our Red Rooster travel cancellation insurance.

HIGH SEASON

• Arrival and departure days: preferably Saturday and Sunday
• Check-in on arrival day from 2pm.
• Check-out on departure day by 9.00am.
• Variations concerning check-in and check-out times on request.

• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
